How do I connect my Gmail?
Open Apuls → Settings → Integrations → Gmail → Connect. You'll be redirected to Google's standard OAuth screen. Apuls only requests gmail.readonly scope, scoped to messages from [email protected].
You can revoke access at any time from Google's permissions page or by removing the integration in-app.
What email types does Apuls process?
Apuls reads and acts on five Turo notification types:

Other email types are skipped without being read.
How do I import historical reservations?
Export your trips from Turo's host dashboard as a CSV, then in Apuls go to Settings → Import → Upload CSV. Every line item is reconciled — past trips, revenue, and vehicle assignments populate retroactively.
How do push notifications work?
Apuls supports two opt-in channels: native push notifications (iOS/Android) and Pushover. You can also forward to Telegram or any webhook. Configure under Settings → Notifications. Notifications fire only for the five action-relevant email types above.
Will Apuls work for hosts outside the US?
The email parsing relies on Turo's standard email format, which is consistent across markets. The Today timezone follows your device's local timezone. Currencies follow what's in your Turo CSV (Apuls displays the raw value; we don't convert).
How is my data protected?
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with a separate key. Database storage is AES-256, traffic is TLS 1.3, hosting is in the EU (AWS Frankfurt). Backups are encrypted and rotated within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Wipes all server data immediately (backups rotate out within 30 days).
From the web: use our deletion form.

What does Apuls cost?
Free during beta — no credit card required, no usage limits. We'll announce paid plans at least 30 days in advance, with the option to discontinue use without further obligation.
Is Apuls affiliated with Turo?
No. Apuls is an independent third-party application. We're not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Turo, Inc. Turo® is a trademark of its respective owner; we use the name solely for descriptive purposes (nominative fair use).
