Delete your account

You can delete your Apuls account and all associated data at any time. We give you three ways to do it — pick whichever is easiest.

How to delete

From the iOS or Android app (instant)

Open Apuls → SettingsAccountDelete account → confirm. Your account and all data are wiped from our servers immediately.

By email

Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to [email protected], subject "Delete my account." We'll process the request within 7 days and confirm by email when it's done.

This cannot be undone.

Once your account is deleted there's no recovery — we cannot restore the data even if you ask within minutes. If you want a copy of your data first, email [email protected] and we'll send a JSON export within 7 days, then proceed with deletion if you still want it.
